ORDER DETAILS

All U.S. orders FREE USPS standard ground shipping only at this time. 

All US orders are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note: COVID delays through shipping carriers due to volume and safety precautions could extend the delivery window.

HEMPTEES™ accepts payments only through PayPal at this time.

Customers returning items for refund/exchange are responsible for a charge of $7 restocking fee. 

Orders ship USPS.

Orders are estimated to be delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of order (excluding weekends). 

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, we are at the mercy of the delivering carrier to get it to you. 

Tracking information will be emailed upon shipping. Please don't forget to track your package, this is the customer's responsibility. CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER/FILTER!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 7 business days to return or exchange your order.

To return or exchange please request a  RETURN AUTHORIZATION.

HEMPTEES™ accepts returns of like new, unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached within 7 days of items received Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them; any signs of wear or smell will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Try on your garment to ensure fit.  HEMPTEES™ will not refund any items if deemed unsellable. Items must be in re-sellable condition to be eligible for refund.
